Shipping and Refund Policy
Shipping
Your items will be packaged securely and well protected for their journey to you but we are not responsible or liable for any damage caused in transit. If your items arrive damaged, we ask that you let us know so that we can assist with any claims against postal services.
Once items are shipped they are no longer the responsibility of Omega Moto Graphics.
Items will be shipped to the address provided and we will not replace or refund any items if an incorrect address is provided or if delivery of the item is refused.
You are able to change the shipping address prior to your kit being shipped - please advise us if you need to do so.
If an item is undeliverable and is returned to us, you will be liable for re-shipping fees.
Please allow ample time for design, approval, production and delivery of your kit - we cannot guarantee that kits will be delivered within specific timelines.
Customs
Please be aware: while we ship within the advised timeframes, we cannot control how long your items may be in transit OR how long they may spend in customs.
Shipping costs do not include any taxes/duties or customs fees that may be applicable in your particular country or region.
Express Shipping
Express shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. Even with express shipping selected we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within a specific timeframe or will not be delayed by customs or postal delays.
At Omega Moto Graphics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet your expectations. This policy outlines the circumstances under which replacements and/or refunds are provided.
Replacement Eligibility
Replacements are available only in the following situations:
- Damaged/Defective Products
- Not as Ordered: If the product received does not match the order specifications as approved by you before printing.
If either of the above situations has occurred, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@omegamotographics.com. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue and CLEAR photographs for our team to review.
You should expect small variations in the fit of graphics on your plastics! While all care is taken to ensure that your graphics are a perfect fit, not all templates are exact and variances can also be present in plastics due to age, wear and/or production issues. These variances do not constitute a defect in our graphics.
Please note that graphics that are installed on plastics for you may arrive slightly lifted or bubbled. This can occur during shipping due to changes in temperature/humidity and does not constitute damage and/or a defect.
Customising designs
If you have ordered a pre-designed kit, changes to colours, rider name & number and logos are included in the cost of the kit.
If you wish to make more extensive changes, this will be considered a custom kit design and will incur an additional design fee of $60AUD.
Cancellation of orders/refunds
You may cancel your order and receive a partial refund at any time BEFORE you have provided approval to print. Once you have provided approval, your order has moved into production and while you can still cancel your order, no refunds are possible.
If you have place an order and decide to cancel before the design proof is sent to you, a $50AUD admin fee applies.
If you have placed an order for a fully customised kit a cancellation fee of $100AUD applies to any cancellation that is requested after our design team has commenced work on your kit. If you request a cancellation after your design has been started we will provide you with a PDF of the work that the team has completed.
There are no refunds available on any custom seat covers, plastics kits or apparel once design has been approved.
