THE DESIGN PROCESS

• Once you order, our designers will get to work creating your kit for you based off the instructions you provide.
• You will receive your design to review within 3-5 business days (1-2 business days if you placed a Rush order) and you can request any changes that you would like to make at that time.
• The more specific you are with your instructions, the easier it is for our designers to create the kit as you envision it.
• Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll get you to fill in the formal ‘Approval to Print’ and we’ll get your kit into production.

Bear in mind: colours vary due to screen resolutions, media used and ink saturation. We cannot guarantee to match colours exactly.

THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

There are several steps to production and just so we’re all on the same page, here’s quick overview of what happens:

Step 1: your kit design will get converted into a printable file.

Step 2: your kit will join the print queue (if you put a rush on your order, it will leapfrog to the front of the queue)

Step 3: once printed, kits then need to be left to cure for 24 hours

Step 4: after curing has happened, kits can be laminated, cut and packaged for shipping

IF YOU PUT A RUSH ON YOUR ORDER: steps 1-4 take between 2-3 business days to complete.

IF YOU PLACED A NON-RUSH ORDER: steps 1-4 take between 5-7 business days to complete.

IF YOU ORDERED A CUSTOM SEAT COVER and/or PLASTICS & INSTALLATION: add 7-10 business days to your production time.

Seat covers are custom made to order once your design is approved.

Plastics are confirmed for delivery to us once your payment is received. Graphics need to be applied, cured and checked before we can ship them to you.

On rare occasions, printed pieces may not pass our quality control check and will need to be re-done. If this is the case, we’ll drop you a line to let you know as it may add a short delay to your expected shipping date.

When your order is shipped you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking code so you can track your delivery

QUALITY

All our graphics are printed and laminated using Substance Incorporated.
Ultracurve® X1 is the industry-leading print media for motocross and powersport applications. Developed alongside the World’s fastest racers, it offers ultra-aggressive adhesion to low surface energy plastics. FLO Technology eliminates bubbles, and dramatically reduces installation times.

Ultracurve® 1500 is the industry-leading overlaminate for motocross applications.

Please Note: Final design may not be identical to that in the product photo.
Slight changes such as line angles and/or fine detail may be changed for different models of bike, any changes will be barely noticeable but may be required.

SHIPPING COST & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

All kits are shipped with tracking codes so that you can track the delivery of your kit. Shipping times vary and are dictated by postal/delivery services and customs clearance times. Although we do everything we can to ensure your kit gets to you as fast as possible we have NO control over delivery times or customs clearance.

Australia/New Zealand

You can select between normal and express shipping during checkout.

International

All our products are shipped using express shipping and for some countries you can select DHL as an option as well. Shipping is calculated on checkout

To ensure smooth delivery of your package, make sure your postal details are 100% correct and that you are there to receive the package if need be.

We can ship to parcel lockers and PO Boxes
