Frequently asked questions
My exact model isn't listed. Can you still do it?
Yes. We build kits to your specific bike template. Pick any design, choose your bike on the product page, and if your exact model isn't there just add your make, model and year in the order notes (and let us know if you run restyle plastics). We template it to fit.
Do you send a proof before printing?
Always. A few days after you order, we email a design proof on your bike template. Nothing gets printed until you are happy, and we make as many changes as you need. If you haven't heard from us within 5 days, please check your spam folder.
How long will my order take?
Once your design is approved for printing: within Australia, expect your graphics in about 7 days. International orders are posted 3 to 5 days after approval and typically take 7 to 21 days to arrive, depending on where you are.
How much can I customise?
As much as you like. Tweak colours, add your name and number, and list any logos you want on there. A few licensed brands we legally can't reproduce (think energy-drink logos); if you ask for one we can't use, we'll suggest an alternative before printing.
How long do the graphics last?
A long time, if you treat 'em right. We only use premium materials built for powersports and hard outdoor use. How long they last comes down to how well they're installed and normal wear and tear. Every kit ships with a QR code to our install guide; follow it and your kit stays looking fresh.
Do you ship to me?
We ship worldwide with tracking from Brisbane, Australia.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before we've started designing, yes. Once designed but not shipped there's a cancellation fee, and we don't refund once graphics have shipped (seat covers aren't refundable once approved). Any defective graphics, we'll replace.
