Frequently Asked Questions 

Q: What is a design proof?
A: A design proof is an image of your design on your unique bike template.  We email it to you a few days after you have purchased so that you can review it and let us know if you want any changes!  We make as many changes as you need until you are happy.

Q: Do you send a design proof before my order is printed?
A: Yes! We always email a design proof so you can request any changes to your design and let us know that you're happy with it before we go ahead and print it.  If  you haven't heard from us in more than 5 days, please check your spam folder in your inbox.

Q: What happens if I don't reply to you?
A: We will email you several times, if you do not answer, we will send a final email letting you know that we will print your graphics as is, and get those processed.

Q: How long do the graphics last?
A: A long time, if you treat ’em right. We only use premium materials made specifically for motocross, so they’re built to cop roost, mud and regular track abuse. How long they last really comes down to how well they’re installed and normal wear and tear.

Every kit ships with a note and QR code that takes you straight to our graphics installation page on the website – make sure you give it a read and follow the steps so your kit sticks tight and stays looking fresh for as long as possible.

Q: How much can I customise my kit?

A: As much as you want, pretty much. You can tweak colours, add your name, number and list any logos you want us to throw on.

There are a few brands we legally can’t use on your kit (think Red Bull, Monster, Rockstar, etc). If you request a logo we can’t use or don’t have access to, we’ll hit you up and sort an alternative before we go ahead with printing.

Q: Can I see what a design will look like on my bike before purchasing?
A: Unfortunately, no. We only do design updates after an order is placed.

Q: Do you sell plastics and offer installation?
A: We offer plastics but not installation at this stage.

Q: What happens if I have restyle plastics for my bike?
A: Just let us know in the notes when you place your order so we know exactly which template to use.   

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: For orders within Australia, you can expect to receive your graphics within 7 days after the design has been approved for printing.

For international orders, we will post the graphics within 3-5 days after the design is approved and it may take 7-21 days to get to you depending on where you live.

Q: Can I get a refund?
A: If you request a refund before the design has been started, YES.  If they have been designed but not shipped, there is a cancellation fee.  We don't provide refunds once the graphics have been shipped. There's no refunds on seat covers once they have been approved. We will replace any defective graphics.
